Ok, well, I have a 5 speaker system, but I only have 3 of the speakers hooked up, the front speakers(left,center,right). Usually I have all 3 of the speakers working, but I just noticed that only the center speaker was working. I have had this problem before, and I just usually go to the windows speakers options and switch it back to quad speaker set up. Well I did this, and it didn't turn the other 2 speakers back on, so I kept switching to all the different speaker settings and usually when I do that, my speakers click for a second to allow the new settings to apply. This didn't happen. So I unplugged all my speaker shit, from the subwoofer and the power strip and my soundcard. Plugged everything back in, still it didn't want to work. I want to the back of my soundcard again and theres 5 slots to plug things into, 2 are for speakers, one for a mic, another for sound out, and i don't know what the other is, sound in I'm assuming. Anyway I switched the speakers around and the second speaker slot worked with the left and right speakers plugged into it, so I moved the center speaker to the other slot which is the first slot on the sound card if you are going left to right and it didn't play in that one. Is the port broken? Or am I missing some small stupid thing?
