Does anybody know of a decent set of speakers (2.0 or 2.1 setup) that has 2 audio inputs on it? I have seen some that have a usb and a 1/8' jack, but they are all meant for laptops and I am afraid the sound might suffer because of the size and intended use. I appreciate the help.

I would suggest getting a decent receiver and a set of bookshelf speakers and a subwoofer or a set of full range speakers. IF you grab a 5.1 or greater receiver you will always have room to add on. :D

I agree. Try to find a HTIAB by Sony. ^^^ only 1 input. clik or Sony STR-DE197 w/ some speakers of your choice.

I don't have room for a receiver, 5 speakers and a sub. I just want something simple and not to expensive. If I could keep the price under $75 that would be awesome. I appreciate your suggestions.

You don't need a full 5.1 set right now. Do you have a old recevier in the basement or perhaps one of your relatives do? Would work great and if you can get one for next to nothing your good. If not then Look at Klipschs or Logitech, they sound pretty good and are great prices..

Ah, I just saw your pricepoint. For my money I would go with a reverse splitter two allow 2 inputs. Check your local radio shack.

Oh and I am with spaceman! Couple those M200's with a nice small sub, you will have one of the best sounding setups for a computer.

I also agree with audioguy. I was thinking of getting some computer speakers but found an old receiver in the closet and hooked it up to some kenwood bookshelf speakers. It's honestly worth it to save a bit more to get the reciever + bookshelfs. Have you thought of hitting up craiglist? You can always find some good prices there.

Your gonna get better sound going this route. Sometimes money is a factor so you have to go PC speakers but if you can get a decent recevier from a used forum as was mentioned your good.

The probably is less about money and more about space. I have an old receiver, but it only has 1 input on it. I would like something that is going to take the least amount of space. I think piako has the right idea.

Hey it's up to you I was just giving you a simple suggestion for getting good sound quickly and cheaply. Have you checked the Klipsch 2.1's or the logitech 2.1's? Both would give you great sound for a good deal.
