I posted this over in HTPC forums and then it dawned on me this would be a better place to post it.....

does anybody have a source for the perforated metal that they use in speaker grills?

It's often just heavy mesh that's been pressed to shape. You should be able to find sheets of it.

i found a lot of industrial suppliers but haven't found any "retail" sellers. I did a few google searches and didn't turn up much, and I don't want to buy a pallet of the stuff, just a few sheets!
