Sparkle GTX680?

I owned a Sparkle GTX 580 1.5GB which was a solid card. Never did have one bit of problems with it. However, I did install an Arctic Cooling Accelero Xtreme III first day ( go figure :p ) since I don't particularly care for stock coolers.

Fanless?

I would be naturally wary of that in of itself.

As far as the brand goes, only way you'll know is to try one out!

Knew someone who bought a GTX 9800+ (forget if this is the correct model) from them. Came with a unique cooler. Lasted about 3 weeks before it started having artifacts. No direct experience, though I recall reviews being a bit lower on newegg than some of the other brands. For some reason I doubt the fanless model will do a good job keeping a 680 cool. I would look into a model with two fans, IMO. A good two fan cooler makes the HD 6970 almost silent. I would think the 680 is similar.
