Spanned Volume

I currently have two 400GB drives in a spanned volume, I want to get rid of the Spanned volume and just use two independent disk. Is this possible to do without losing my data on the drives. I dont have another drive to backup all the data to.

From your signature, it appears that you have a striped volume. I sincerely doubt that the controller you are using will support the type of transform that you would like to undergo. I highly recommend backing up your data, before attempting anything like that.

Yes i know what my signature says, its incorrect, i havent changed it to reflect my current status.
As far as a controller goes im just using the main board and windows disk management for this spanned volume.
