Yeah, checkout 3dconnexion . They have a lot of devices like that, but they're more geared for 3D modeling. With the latest beta drivers, however, you can map each axis to either a joystick input or to key input (wsad for example).

Ive tried it out with a few FPS games and it works pretty well, although i could of fine tuned it a little more. You can probably get a used one online, or get a new entry level controller for pretty cheap. Its definitely a cool way to play games
