Sound cards are a bit tricky as they rely heavily on one's situation. It's almost impossible for one to definitevely say card X is better than card Y because there's usually a situation that card Y is better than card X. Perhaps if you listed your setup, your situation, and what you expect/desire from a sound card, you could be better served here.
