SP2500, sound card?

I just ordered my SP2500's, they should be here monday. But I'm also wondering, would you guys recommend me buy a sound card to power these speakers? I'm no audiophile, but I can definitely appreciate a great sounding system.

I have an Asus Sabertooth P67 motherboard, with a Realtek ALC892 audio chipset.

I'm really not looking to spend a lot of money, though. $170 on these speakers, $600 on a pair of 5970's, $80 on some fans and LED's for my case, my wallet is hurting right now.

Still, do you guys think that if I got, let's say, an X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty sound card for $85, I'd notice a large difference in audio quality given from the speakers over my onboard chipset?
 
Highly doubtful.

If you also run headphones, a Xonar DG could be decent bump for ~$18 after rebate on Amazon right now.
