SP1 ON CRACKED WinXP

I have a copy of WinXp that a friend gave me that in it the Registering is not imperative
or it does't prompt you again for the registration . The thing is that i can install all the Critical Patches without problems but i can't install the Sp1 bec. it says that there is another person with the same Lic. Number(obvious) but there's got to be a way of deploying the sp1 network install
if somebody Knows it please let me know .. i would greatly apreaciate it
