Anyone have any idea where i can pick up a thermalright SP-97? Everywhere i've tried seems to be coming up backordered or out of stock.

Well hot damn, i'd given up on the 'egg after checking every day for over a month, but now it says they're due in on the 8th. :D :D :D

Now if only i could get a preorder in on the shipment...

Thanks guys!

I've been trying to get one in the UK but it seems that thermalright have discontinued the sp-97 and have released the sl-97. It appeared on their site today, and its only 280g! I'll defintely get this instead of the sp-97 now.

Wow that thing looks secks-ay, wonder which mounting system it uses, can't really tell from that picture. Be interesting to see how it ends up compareing to the all copper beasts.

i'm guessing it will use the rentention clips, its so light i dont really see a problem with using them.

if you find one, i have an extra neo backplate I'd like to sell $6 shipped
