Alright, let me begin to say that I'm big gamer. If I'm not playing World of Warcraft I'm playing CS or any other FPS you can think of. If I'm not doing that then I'm listening to my 80gb of music I have. My brother decided to get me a Christmas gift of 300$ for computer parts. The thing is I want better performance out of my soundcard. I wanna feel the bass exploding out of my ears. The thing is I already have Creative Sound Blaster Extigy USB, but I would like to upgrade my music quality greatly.
I'm not worried about the CPU usage since I have quad-core.. I'm only worried about the bang for the buck and quality. All of the 300 won't be going to the soundcard but I'm not looking anything over 100$
Will X-Fi XtremeGamer make a giant difference in my gaming + music?
I currently don't have speakers, but I will in the near future. At the moment I have my Steel Series 5h v2.
