Soundblaster Live! Echo

Rescently, when I started using my hardware audio (Soudblaster Live!), I got an echo ever time any audio was played. I switched it to motherboard and the sound was fine, but i couldnt plug in all my speakers, so i know the problem is the card, not the speakers. Any ideas?
 
There are sound effects you can add to your SB card. I think it's in the Audio HQ? Anyway, you can turn on an echo effect as well as a host of others...make sure it's turned off.
 
ok, I just did a system restore from a few days back and everything works fine.
