Since there is hundreds of different threads on how people mod, and cool there cases. Why not start one to show how people could sound proof their cases. Show off your sound proofing ideas.
 
you can't really sound 'proof' it.. but you can get it quiet. Low noise fans, rubber mounts for the hdd's, steel case, use passive cooling anywhere you can, or use watercooling with a quiet pump and fans. Anyhow, there are plenty of threads on it already, just do a search.
