sound card gone bad?

Usually when I'm playing games and i'm watching a cutscene, the mouthing of the character is off from the audio. I noticed in Need for speed Underground 2 the sound of the car shifting was WAY off from when I actually made the car shift.

so you think my Audigy 2 ZS is finally almost dead? Its freshly installed with Creative 64 bit drivers.
