Hey is there a Linux Driver for the Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeMusic 7.1 card? I cant seem to find one.

Well you're unfortunately out of luck, Zen. The good news is you're in the same boat as I and many others ;). Right now Creative doesn't have their own drivers, has not open-sourced their drivers, nor given ALSA what they need to make ones themselves.

Let Creative know that you're a linux user that needs drivers here:

A simple solution--though not ideal--would be to get a second sound card if you have room. You can disable it in windows so X-Fi will be your card for that OS. Then you can let Linux use your secondary card and every OS will be happy. I have a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz that fits the bill, but there are plenty of options. ALSA has a nice list (thought not entirely up to date from what I can tell) of supported cards here: http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-doc/
