Possibly, I would use KX drivers with that Live! if they are compatible. They will provide better sound then the stock Creative drivers and offer alot of toys to play with like effects and routings. They're is alot there to leanr about. These drivers are for musicians and people who want the best sound from their Live!, Audigy, Audigy 2 and Audigy 4 cards. They do not support EAX at all. The Live only supports EAX 1 and 2 I think anyway so it;s is not a big deal..Try it out and see if you like it better....
