Sound card wasn't working for some reason was dusting out my case down the stairs.
So I uninstalled the older drivers. Creative has Sound Blaster Command drivers instead of using Sound Blaster Connect updated for the AE-5 in Sept.
Not sure if it's better but people on Reddit seems to like it updates sound profiles and stuff. Make sure you delete the entire folder of old Sound Blaster Command drivers or it might not pick up on a reset.

Update: The problem with the non working sound card . I had it plugged into the wrong port going to color it green with a marker so I don't forget next time.
