... i just got one of these for super cheap.... but i didnt relise that it was an extrernal thing... looks the same as the internal one.... you think there is a way to make it internal? or doesnt anyone know if it is
 
Hmmm, have you got a link to the actual product? Is this an Audigy 1 or Audigy 2? Is this a USB external soundcard?
 
its the audigy 1...ex something i forgot exactly... (im not on my computer right now) but its got the sound card and that front panel thing... which i though was intenal... but this one is external but looks exactly the same as the internal
 
Ok you must be referring to the Creative Audigy Platnium Ex. The audio drive that comes with the package was designed to be fitted externally, so I don't think there is a way to install this internally. I'm thinking it could fit into the front slot slots (but not 100% sure as I don't know exactly how big the drive is) of your computer (like the front panel design) but there will be no screws to keep the audio drive secure.

What's wrong with keeping it outside? I think you just might have to, unless somebody else can suggest something instead.
 
it looks liek the external with just a small case over the back half of it...its been shipped so i will see when it gets here
