I just installed WinXP Pro and done Windows updates. Trying to install the driver that I've downloaded from Creative Labs drivers page. When trying to apply I recieve the following error:
"setup coult not detect any Sound Blaster Audio card on your system."

I've had a KR7 Abit mobo w/ the latest 4-1 chipset drivers. Does anyone have an idea on what the problem might be??

creative has an autoupdate feature at their website, give it a try

good luck

I had the same problem. The Driver on their website requries you to have a previous driver installed. You need to install the drivers that came with your CD and then install the ones from the website. To my knowledge the drivers on the website are driver updates to previous driver versions.
