Hey my soundcard manufacter was telling me that my soundcard may be interferring with my internet and messing up .. he/she said the below

This problem may be caused by an IRQ conflict.



You may be able to workaround this issue by following the Tuning Tips found at http://www.musicxp.net .



Try swapping slots: uninstall the drivers, shut down and unplug the computer, then physically remove the card. Then restart without the card inside. Wait 45 seconds after start up and then shut down again. Reinstall the card to in a different card slot, then check your IRQs. The idea is to have the M-Audio card on its own IRQ number lower than 16.

Go to : START --> RUN --> type "msinfo32" --> OK --> Hardware Resources --> IRQs

I swapped my card slot and it still didn't work... is there an option to disable my internet on one account and have it on another account and be able to use my soundcard probably .. will that work?
