Sorting Program

Ok, Ill be blunt. I have folders with thousands of images.
Basically my drag and save.

Its got all kinds of funny stuff, and loads of porn. Im honestly looking for something that will auto sort?

I know mac has something that can identify photos of people or scenery and sort them accordingly.

Anything like this available?

i think google's picasa has face recognition, but i don't know how accurate it is, might want to give that a try
