Sorry about the questions but I have been unable to find answers to them.

I've been WCed for about 2 weeks now, that cheep pump from fleetfarm is perty good just loud, and I would like to replace my pump.

My system now is a RBX and a boniville heatercore. I would like to expand into a gpu block at some point in the near future.

I need a quiet but powerfull pump, looked at what everone was using but I'm not sure what to get.

Has anyone found some good articles on removing the heat spreader on my a64? I have been looking for the past week and came up with zip. Is it even possible?

Is this ok for temp fluctuations, I'm thinking there is something wrong with my setup. I go from 31C Idle to 60C load with 1.5v@2ghz

2Ghz on what processor?
What MB?
Laing DDC pump
Do a search in this forum and I think you will find a lot of threads about popping your heat spreader cap. But why do you want to do that? We need a lot more info :) BTW, what is your ambient temp?

winne 3000+ 1.8 up to 2 GHz 1.5v Dfi lanparty nf4- ultra D ambiant temp should be around 22-24c

Thats deffinatly a larger jump than my winnie makes, which is at 2160 240@9x 1.45vcore. And im still on air for the time being, idles around 37c and goes to around 50c or so at load.

Id say try reseating your RBX, if it isnt on there perfectly flat it will cause that kind of fluctuation.

was going to try that this after noon.

still looking for pump recomendations

Ahh I thought I said a Laing DDC? And your temps are really bad. Please take everything apart and redo your CPU block. Check for it being flat and make sure you use AS-5 or Ceramique.

Well I just reset the waterblock and im running 45-47c load now. There was a big bald spot on the core where the as5 got pushed off the IHS. I had to drain my system so there is still alot of air in my lines, im hoping to see atleast A 5c drop once as5 cures and i loose the air bubbles. I bleed my system with a t so it takes a bit to get it woorking smoothly.
