Allright so here's what happened. My sony vaio power supply burned out one night and i bought a new one. Apparently the sony vaio stock power supply is propietary and the power supply that i bought from best buy doesnt fit :mad: i have my power supply sitting on top of my case with the side case open so all the cables can get in my computer. Anyone change the power supply on sony vaio desktops before if so what did they do to put a standard one in? Thanks
 
Could you get a photo of the old PSU? And, some measurements for it?

It's possible it's not proprietary, but merely a MicroATX, or FlexATX type PSU.
