Hey guys, I just a new laptop (Sony Vaio s150) with windows XP on it. recently, when i shut down the computer, windows goes into the shutdown screen with a message about installing windows updates, but it freezes...this has been happening the last 3 times i tried to shut down. ANy ideas on what is wrong? I tried to install the updates from microsoft.com but I couldnt download them there either.
