So I'm really wanting a monitor or an HDTV for less than $300 that has a glossy display, and this TV seems to fit that bill.

Have you guys heard anything good about this TV?
 
If you have a best buy near you they always have one you can check out.

The tv is nice looking.

It has a so-so picture. Blacks are washed out.

This tv is really all about google tv and not about picture quality. When I played with it the software was slow and buggy too. But they never update things in-store, so maybe it's been updated.

I would go check it out if you can, maybe you'll like it. I wasn't overly impressed with it though.
