I need some new headphones that are wireless. The wired ones I get always break within 2 months of buying them and I cant afford to keep replacing them. I am wondering if the sony MDR-IF540RK headphones are decent at all? They are wireless. The only head phones that I evr had that lasted me a decent amount of time were sony wireless.

What kind of headphones have broken for you, and why have they broken?

Unless you really need the wireless, I suggest that you spend the money on a nice pair of headphones. Not only do they last longer, but they sound much better :)

You could always get a pair of the Koss Porta Pros, they come with a lifetime warranty.:p

Look into the Sennheiser HD497. They have much better sound quality then you're used to for a reasonable price (60-70). The headphone cord is detachable from the headphones, so if they get caught, you just plug them right back in :D
