are there any real differences between those two sony 19" LCDs ?
if yes which ?

i think both are 12ms ,so they use also the same panel ?
 
Go to CompUSA and use their compare feature by checking the box for each one, then scroll to the bottom and click Compare. It will list the differences in two columns.
