I am trying to purge data because it is filling up the hard drive on the server and it isn't collecting the data anymore. I can't find an option so I call support. Support says I need to reinstall the Analyzer software and that will delete the data. Uh, I want to delete the oldest data, not ALL of it. Anyone with experience with the Analyzer software that could help me out or is that really how it goes? Will deleting the actual files on the hard drive do this for me or is there a proper purge method?
