something wierd happened today!

i was playing medal of honor allied assault and it started running all wierd and then it just froze and the system restarted! this happened before when i was playing sonic heroes demo. when the computer reboots (it does this automatically when this problem happens) i get a message saying "your computer has recovered from a serious error". what does this mean? im running nvidia geforce fx 5500 pci, 1024 mb RAM, 120 gb seagate HD, celeron D 2.6ghz. im able to have the settings on high for most of my games, and they run fine, minimal stutter. i think it might have been an overclocking error, as i have my card slightly overclocked, but when it happened before and i was playing sonic heroes, the card had never been overclocked, and wasnt overclocked at the time. what might have caused this error? any help would be great, thanks!
 
my temps are just fine, no higher than 38c processor on full load and active! my case has 5 fans running-2 intake, 2 exhaust (side and front intake, back and top exhaust) and the third is the cpu fan. well, plus the card fan and heatsink. the problem isnt common, but it is wierd. and when the system reboots and gives me that message, well, when i create an error report, it says 'no file is associated with this report" i dont know what this is all about! i have norton antivirus 2005, spyware doctor, adaware, and registry mechanic, so it cant be a spyware or, etc related problem, and i make sure to turn them all off when im playing games!
