I need to rebuild my harddrive partition but I dont want to spend 40 bucks if I dont have too. I just want to try something else if i can before i shell out the money to only see if it will work. I lost all my data and already used file scavenger, getdataback, etc... they only see about 1% of my stuff on my 200gig hd.

I need something that is stronger then those programs so I need to go dos based, anyone have any good programs they know about, windows does not recognize the drive as formatted, its available but windows wont open it..
