Ok, I really need help to figure out what is wrong! I switched from 3.10 Omegas to 4.1 Cats and I went from 21k 3dmark to 15k!! Somthing I think went seriously bad. What could be wrong!? I set all the settings I knew to the same as before.
 
Ok so I experimented I reverted back to 3.10 Cats and 3.10 Omegas. I get twice the frames with the 3.10 omegas then I do with either of the ATi. I dont even notice a apparance difference either. It must be some setting that was tweaked in the Omegas to make them preform this much better. Its especially better on dragothic, went from 250 frames to 500!!
 
The Omega's are optimized a bit more :).

Don't know exactly where they are, but I've noticed that AF in the Omegas looks less sharp than ATIs.

But that could just be placebo effect.

its a toss up i heard omegas have better IQ than cats....i have always used cats and never had any problems nor complaints soo like i always say if its not broken don't fix it! i got a big boost in 3dmark scores going from 3.10s to 4.1s
