Something changed my homepage to blank

Now when I change it back to www.msn.com for instance it just goes back to blank again. I think I have much spyware shit in my computer, I would like to know how to get rid of it. I have ad aware and it doesn't get rid of all the shit I may have. I also have programs etc and files laying around in my computer and I can't delete them with the control panel/add or remove program window on my winxp. What should I do?

Run Ad-aware with an updated file, and set it to scan every drive in the comp.

Also, run spybot.

It's scanning a lot more files this time using the custom scan option. Could there have been a lot of bad shit in the temporary internet files?

Now it shows as the site aind.info or something like that. I still cannot change my homepage back to what it should be! Should I delete IE6 and reinstall it again? Would that work you think?
