The Vantec NXP-201 is good for a fan controller. The Thermaltake Hardcano series have fan controller + temp monitor combos that are supposed to be decent.
my favorite fan controller is hands down the Sunbeams http://www.svc.com/surheafanspc.html not in stock right now but you could prolly find it somewhere else
