Someone help me build a WC setup

I'm in a hurry since new south park episode is on but I would like someone to help me build a WC setup I have 160 dollars to spend for it this will WC my CPU and maybe GPU if its necessary to cool msi 8800GT OC the case that will be WC will be thermaltake armor

For a 160 dollars I would look on ebay. I believe you can get a koolance internal system but it isnt enough to cool the VGA and CPU.

gives a few guidlines.

I cant remember name, but there is a all in one CPU and VGA cooler that uses electric cooling and has a condensation resevoir for a little over a 100. I read the post on toms hardware. Maybe if you look around u can find it
