i used to skate, so i remember doing all that shit, kickflips, heelflips, smith grinds, feeble grinds..ollies...nollies..shit......that shit was fun as hell. railslides, backslides...
 
i so need to get a fisheye that works properly on an FX camera. Im using the 10.5 fishey dx lens. This lens is so much fun. The sky was amazing today too.

That's awesome! Always wondered what my 10.5 would look like on an FX-crop - I thought the images would have some really horrible vignetting etc. Did you have to switch the camera over to DX mode for these shots, or just crop the hell out of 'em, or they just came out like that from FX mode (they do seem to have a little more distortion than usual for 10.5)?

If those are in DX mode, can you post some with the 10.5 in FX? I'm just curious what that would look like. Can you see the entire circle from the lens, or are the top/bottom cut off, and what kind of quality is the edge of the vignette?

they were shot in dx mode. if you cut the hood lens off it works perfect on an fx camera.

Good shots! I hate when the "artsy" videographer uses a fisheye lense for the entire 45 minute long video.

But I love the fisheye here, it's well used and you can see whats going on.
