some help in sleeving/cable managment

i want to get my cables better organized. Just not sure what to buy, what sleeving kit/methods would some of you recommend?

here is my system

note: old pictures
few changes:
audigy2 front bay removed (never used it) reason: less cables, more sleek look)
front bay card reader added
7800GT SLI swapped for 7950GX2

future changes (2-4 days from now)
new "sata2" cables | reason: metal latch for more secure connection
ide to sata convertion board | reason: get rid of the ide cables for DVD-RW drives.

It's hard to say, it depends on what you want to get accomplished and how much time you are willing to spend... for a complete over haul of the wiring i use:

molex replacement kit (customizable):

and this is a decent enough sleeving kit:

If you dont have tools and only need to change over a small number of connections/wires then this is decent:

You can find kits like these on most every modding store sites, i just knew where they were in performancepcs
