i just have a basic question about my temperatures.

i have a 2.8c p4 overclocked to 3.02 Ghz with stock intel fan inside my lian-li with 4 medium panaflos. The temperautre inside my case is 27 C idle and my processor is at 34 C idle.. are these numbers ideal? also, with my abit board which i am getting these temperautres off of has another temperature reader called PWM which reads at 34 C... What do you suppose that is because there doesn't seem to be any actually detailed documentation explaining this..
