If intel pushes only micro BTX this year, I guess we still have another year before before most of us change form factors.
 
What most people don't realize is that there was a lot of resistance to ATX when it was orginally designed. It had it's advantages over AT, but the costs involved kept most people away for a long time. AT and ATX coexisted until 1997 (or so) even though ATX was release 3-4 years earlier. The same thing will happen now. You won't have to upgrade until you want to.
