I came across This post on the Anandtech forums

It talks about some ATI sli info, Ive never heard it (if it's old news then ignore this post)

I wonder, will any SLI compatibel board work with this (mainly the NF4 series) or will you have to get a specific ATI board?

Which companies MAKE ATI boards anyways?

I don't think ATI makes boards. I think they make chipsets. (they may have some reference boards though)

Ati does indeed make boards. Rather, they have them made for them in China and instead of that factory slapping their own name on it, they slap Ati's name on it.

That is the only real difference

I dont understand how there can be over 60 ppl viewing (as it sais on the front) the video cards section, yet this forums moves so slow...

dman people not regestering and posting...

I used to not do that for a while. Anyway I hope ATI makes a good product to beat SLI and get the market moving like the 6800s did.
