Alright heres the issue..Got a new case moved my PS into it..its an Antec 400W and i also have a 420 (not sure of brand) First i had the Antec 400w and after about say 10-15 minutes, the computer just shuts off..so i was like ok PS needs to be uped...so i'm thinking instead of hooking up the 420 i'm going to just buy a bigger one..

OK now machine specs..

MSI K7N2 Delta
AMD 2500+ Barton Core
1 GIG pc3200 running dual channel
ATI 9800 Pro - (1 Power cable)
Digital Lighted Temp Gauge/6 Blue LED lights - (2 Power cables for this)
4 Blue LED Fans - 80mm - (4 Power cables)
1 Case Fan - 120mm - (1 Power cable)
2 Maxtor 160 H/d -Not raided..i just unhooked that setup (2 Power cables)
1 DVD-R 12x - (1 Power cable)
1 CD-R 40x - (1Power cable)
1 Floppy - (1 Power cable)
1 Blue Cold Cathode - (1 Power cable)

I was thinking along the lines of either a 500w by Allied or a 520w by Aspire..but i'm trying to get assistance before i go buy one...Gimme some suggestions on Size as well as Make...Not looking to spend any ridiculous amounts of money :) (which means like say no more than $80)

Thanks Everyone

I Decided to go with the Aspire ATX-AS500W its pre-modded transparent 2 blue led fans -cost $62 after shipping 5 colors black, green, yellow, blue, silver and after reading/watching number reviews the only issues i saw was that all the cables aren't sleeved..boohoo lol anyways we'll see how it works if anyone wants to check it out Aspire ATX-AS500W
