the shuttle looks amazing but it is plagued with bad ethernet implementation and temperature problems. the soltek 3801 is technicaly superior because all of its compononents work without a hitch. its not s939 but that really makes not much of a performance difference. the 3400+ excels past the 3500+ on many benchmarks. but the soltek doesnt wuite habe the look of the shuttle. I guess that would not matter much but the shuttle looks pretty damn cool.

plagued is a harsh word. They simply did not use NVidia's Ethernet and are displaying low temps.
From what I've read & if i remember correctly, the 3801 runs hotter and louder than the Shuttle solutions.
