No returns unless the item is physically non functioning, everything has been tested by me prior to shipping.
High value items will require signature confirmation due to insurance.
Heatware 83-0-0 - Buyer must have established and recent heatware (or some other means of verifying they're established as a buyer/seller) for high value items.
