I know you don't know me, but I sent Zef Pomp bitcoin using Cash App and he sent cards. He has good customer service taught me to send bitcoin.

I would say setup an account on Kraken and buy it with a credit card then withdraw to his address. They've given me the least headache when it comes to sketchy stuff (a lot of exchanges like to freeze your account for a few days, but only after you've first deposited or purchased crypto, which is annoying for first-time users).
