I really, really hate my software vendor right now... 
"The problem is that you and only one other company have reported this issue which sets the priority as low as far as other dev/qa and project work is concerned. So right now - unless some big companies weigh in behind this issue - it wont get addressed for sometime to come."
This, despite the fact that we pay them large sums of money every year for their product.... BLAH.
