Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Sorry...but due to the vast majority of people who don't care about their finances (look at the debt the average consumer is in), there is a chasm in capability between free and paid.
The issue with Mint is you have to go with the Apple mindset of you will not get all the features you will eventually want and you will never have full control over your data. I ran Mint and Quicken side by side for a year...and now fully back with Quicken. I upgrade every other year and find it on Amazon usually for $50. Thus if $25/year is too much for you...that is your choice.
The biggest downfall to Quicken is they do not have the same set of online accesses that mint has. Mint for some reason has more. I'm suprised that Intuit has been able to correct this...or they don't want to correct it. Therefore if you are with bigger institutions...you are fine.
