Software to edit mp3 tag info fast and easy

Lots of songs, lots of tags to edit.
Most of the songs are in Russian, so I don't think the auto-tag ability of media monkey will help.

I like Musicbrainz Picard, but it's entirely user-database driven... would probably be hit and miss.

I second this recommendation. MP3 Tag&Rename has been the BEST MP3 renaming tool I've ever used. Reformatted file names, redid MP3 ID3 tags, and utilized the many MP3 databases it has available to fix thousands of MP3s in my library.
