Software that transfers one HD to another?

hi, im looking for some free software that can trasfer all my data from this HDD to my new one the new one did not come with this software :/ anyone have any ideas? I dont want to reinstall windows the just drag and drop file, i want the exact same OS

What's the brand of your hard drive? They usually have a free and downloadable utility that allows you to transfer the contents from one hard drive to another.
