software that automatically performs mouse/keyboard clicks?

Hi guys:

I was wondering if there is software that can perform a sequence of mouse movements/keyboard clicks? For example, i want it to install software for me. Kinda like a macro or what not so i don't have to do all the clicking..
 
I'll second the vote for AutoIt. A friend showed me this a couple weeks ago and it saved me literally WEEKS of time removing thousands of entries from our manufacturing app last week.
