Software FSB / CPU OC ?

I have my new rig pretty well dialed in and am running the FSB at 450, netting 3.6 GHz from my C2D E6750. However, I use my PC a lot during the day via Remote Desktop. I'm of course not doing anything hardcore on it during these hours, and I wish I could have the PC utilize the features in my BIOS that essentially underclock the CPU to conserver energy and heat stress. It would be great if I could simply load up some OC profile for my CPU when I'm at home and wanting to play games, much the way I do with ATITool and RivaTuner for my GPU. I seem to recall using a software a few years when trying to dial in my AMD64 system, that would change the OC directly in the software while in Windows. I thought it was ClockGen, but when I load that up on my system, I'm not getting any features like that. Can someone point me in the right direction ?

Thanks
