Software firewalls for the small business

I did a search and came up short, but I'm not so sure my problem is unique. I just don't know what specifically to search for I guess. I am looking to install some software firewalls for a small business. I need one that can block access for programs as well as ports. Internal traffic needs to get blocked as well. I've used ZoneAlarm up till now and its been working great, but the deployment strategy is basically sitting in front of the targeted PC and configuring it manually. What I'd like is one that I can push out via software or GPO and one that I can configure using MMC tools or perhaps with their own software from my workstation. I'm not a fan of bloatware like Symantec software, and I don't need a full "PC security" suite. Just firewall.

It's a pretty good one too I used it on my vista machine for a bit until experimenting with hardware firewalls.
